Rarity Breezie Queen

A while ago there was a 30 minute challenge to draw Rarity with her wings as the queen of the Breezies. But I spent so much time on the line work that I didn't have time to even color it before submitting. Since then I've been picking at the drawing working on little bits here and there. I think it's about time to just submit it and call it done.
